Yogurtini KC will soon become Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt and Chocolate— same family ownership and recipes, now an independent, 100% Kansas City local dessert shop.
Your frozen yogurt experience is about to get even sweeter as KC local owner Isaac Lee Collins branches away from the Yogurtini franchise and rebrands his three frozen yogurt operations (Plaza, Shoal Creek, and Overland Park) to his own concept: Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt and Chocolate.
Fifth & Emery, a name inspired by Isaac’s two children, will focus on a premium experience of joy, creation, and self-expression. The business is dedicated to building community, making an impact, and celebrating what makes Kansas City such a special place to live and serve.
With Collins’ decade of experience in the two dessert categories, this new concept will not only continue with the same frozen yogurt recipes and operation, but add chocolate, caramel apples, dipped confections, and more. The chocolate category will join the operation by Fall 2025.
The transition to rebrand will take place at Collins’ three operations over the next two month and expansion across the metro will follow. Locations that will evolve to Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt & Chocolate include:
